FDW103 Dwarves with Spears (10mm)

This pack contains thirty dwarves with spears including Command.

These dwarves wear heavy armour and are equipped with large boar spears designed to hold off and kill larger creatures or cavalry.

The most famous dwarf spearmen are the dragon killers, the mix of dwarf constitution and heavy armour can protect dwarves from the heat of dragon fire well enough to allow some to close with a dragon and spear it. They also work quite well against other cavalry and beasts although their reach, even with a long boar spear, is not greater than that of a lancer.
