Fallen (or Wicked) Elves
The great elf kingdom remains the only true superpower of the world. Not all elves however share the peaceful if haughty nature of the high and wood elves. In places colonies of elves have simply put gone bad. They are known as fallen elves. The consort with dark powers yet retain the skill and military drive of their more noble cousins. Down right nasty.
