This pack contains one Messerschmitt BF109A. The Bf-109 was designed by Willie Messerschmitt. It was the mainstay German fighter of the Second World War. In the hands of an expert pilot it was as good an aircraft as any other piston driven craft in the second world war. Nonetheless it did suffer from being hard to fly which reduced the effectiveness of the aircraft in the hands of less experienced pilots. It also had constant problems with the strength of the under-carriage.
