SW102 Swedish Line Infantry Hat (10mm)

Add to Wish List

This pack contains thirty six Swedish Line infantry wearing hats. It is designed to represent a Swedish Infantry Battalion which had four companies. The light troops in Swedish battalions tended to be removed from their parent battalions and formed into specific light units. Each battalion had a single platoon of light troops in it so the removal did not significantly reduce the size of a battalion. This was increased to a company between 1806 and 1813 but then reduced to a platoon again in 1813. Current information suggests Swedish infantry only carried one standard throughout the entire period.

The figures included are; thirty three Centre Company figures, one Officer, one drummer and one Standard bearer.
