TW18 Nyala RG-31 Infantry Mobility Vehicle (1:285)
This pack contains five Nyala RG-31 infantry mobility vehicles.
The Nyala was developed by Land Systems OMC, a division of BAE Systems based in South Africa.
It is a 4 x 4 wheeled vehicle designed as a cross between an armoured car and an armoured personnel carrier. It is designed to be mine and ambush resistant while not appearing as a significant military vehicle. This has resulted in the United Nations making significant use of it. The Nyala can carry between eight and ten men.
It has seen significant use with the USA in Iraq and Afghanistan.
