A PART OF MY ORDER IS OUT OF STOCK. DO I NEED TO DO ANYTHING?
No, we keep detailed records and your outstanding items will be sent as soon as re-supply arrives. We give an estimate of how long that will be in your despatch email. Sometimes, this can be an under-estimate due to customs delays or other reasons beyond our control. We will get your products to you just as soon as humanly possible.
WHY AREN'T I RECEIVING ANY EMAILS ABOUT MY ORDER?
If you are not receiving our emails, please check your junk/spam folder and add us to your safe senders list ([email protected]).
WHERE'S MY ORDER?
You will receive an email for an internet order when it is despatched. If it is taking a few days, it may be that we have been at a trade show for the weekend and the stock needs to be unloaded from the van before we can pick your order, or it may be that we need to cast your order and it is in the casting queue. Rest assured, we will get your order out to you as soon as we can. Thank you.
